of production - ranging from leather selection, pattern
engineering, size set distribution, production planning
and quality control. The ideal candidate comes with
15-25 years of experience in handling manufacturing
units with turnover of 3-4 hundred thousand pairs a
year. Minimum Qualifications – Bachelors degree
in Business, Engineering or other related fields.
Quality Control Manager
Responsible to oversee all aspects
of Quality Control – ranging from implementing
and executing all quality control systems and initiatives.
The QC manager is also responsible to hire and train
supervisors in all departments and oversee their performance.
The ideal candidate comes with 15-25 years of experience
from the footwear industry. Having had production management,
designing and technical experience is an important requirement
for the position. Minimal Qualifications – Diploma
in footwear related field.
Inventory Manager
Responsible to manage inventories,
inspect and audit all subcomponent suppliers, research
new vendors and manage inventory quality. The inventory
manager manages all store equipment. The ideal candidate
comes with 3-4 years of experience in purchases, manufacturing
and the inventory fields. Minimal Qualifications –
Bachelors in Business, Engineering or other related
fields.
Factory Facilities
and maintenance Manager
Responsible to manage the maintanence
of all facilities and machinery in the factory. Ensure
the efficient functioning of all machines and technical
and safety training of all the operators.
Designer
Responsible to cover all requirements
in the technical areas ranging from new designs and
developments to grading and product detailing. The ideal
candidate comes with 10-14 years of experience with
qualifications in design and developments and diploma
in footwear technology
IT Manager
Responsible to manage the entire
networking and information technology related issues
of the company. The manager is required to coordinate
developments of new systems and solve all problems.
Ideal candidate comes with 2-3 years of experience in
related fields. Minimum Qualification – Bachelor
in Commerce, Engineering, with diploma in networking
and other IT related fields.
Export and Shipping
Manager
Responsible to manage all export
and import related formalities and paper work. The ideal
candidate comes with 5-7 years of work experience. Minimum
Qualifications – Bachelors in Commerce, Business
and diploma in related field.
Finance and Accounting
Manager
Responsible to handle all company
accounts and finance requirements and Legal formalities.
The manager should be dynamic and be able to hand company
finances. The ideal candidate comes with about 10-15
years of experience in related fields. Minimum Qualification
– Bachelors in Commerce, Business, Chartered Accountant
and diploma in related fields
Executive Assistant
Responsible to assist the CEO manage
all requirements of his job. The job portfolio ranges
from quality control and production to client relationship
management. The candidate should be dynamic and hard
working. The ideal candidate comes with 5-8 years of
work experience. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelors
in any field with an MBA from a reputed institute.
Administration
There are several positions in this
field ranging from assistant accountant to assistant
in purchases. Candidates range in qualification from
diploma in office automation to Bachelors and Masters
in Commerce, Business and IT.
